Keanu Believe It: Episode 27 - The Gift
Given the caliber of talent in front of and behind the camera, it’s a wonder why Sam Raimi’s The Gift starring Cate Blanchett isn’t talked about more. It’s doubly odd that it’s often ignored considering this is one of the few times where Keanu Reeves plays a character who is completely irredeemable. Sam (@samshotfirst) and his guest Drew Dietsch (@DrewDietsch) discuss everything that makes this film worth seeking out, from a phenomenal performance from Cate Blanchett, to the convincing against-type turn from Keanu, to the Stephen King vibes found throughout.
When you look at the runtime of this episode, remember: paciencia y fe.
