Show Notes on Dream a Little Deeper: Pinocchio
Pinocchio is the Walt Disney Animation Studios second film, released in 1940. Walt notably tried to make this film more technically masterful than his first, striving to perfect the multiplane shot and special effects. Like Snow White, Pinocchio was a crowning critical achievement and is still on the AFI’s list of best animated films.
